Having made his debut in Korea, it is good to see one of our ambassadors, Woojin Lee (far right in the disntinctive shirt), passing the baton to a young generation in Bangalore and giving them an early chance to enjoy Touch and Rugby. Nice Woojin....great work!!

This is Woojin. Long time no see. I am working in LG CNS India(Bangalore) and I met Touch Rugby 2006 when I went back from Turkey to my country which is South Korea through our former hero Duncan Cole.
I found Bangalore Rugby club in 2008 and love to play Touch & slowly have started contact Rugby also. I love to Teamwork sports. Expecially it is not well known Rugby to South Korea and also India. However where I live any countries if I play Rugby(Touch) and can make good relationship with international Rugby friends by heart to heart. This is why I play Rugby(Touch) in the world.

현재 벵갈로 LG CNS India(벵갈로)에서 근무하면서 생활 하고 있는 전 터치 럭비 서울 멤버였던 이우진입니다.
2006년 터키에서 돌아온 이후로 우연히 Duncan cole씨를 통해서, 터치 럭비라는 새로운 운동을 시작 하게 되었었는데 럭비라는 선입견에도 불구하고 새로운 운동이라는 호기심과 여러 외국사람들과 같이 운동을 할 수 있어서 터치럭비라는 운동으로 럭비를 접하게 되었네요
2008년 현재 인도 벵갈로로 와서 Jeremy Bucks씨의 도움으로 Bangalore Rugby club을 알게 되어서 아직도 몸에 익숙하지는 않지만 터치 럭비와 일반 럭비를 병행 하면서 운동을 해 오고 있네요.
한국도 인도와 마찬가지로 럭비라는 운동이 잘 소개 되지 않아서 생소한 운동이겠지만 럭비를 통해서 팀웍과 더불어서 세계 어느 나라를 가던지 인터넷을 통해서 럭비 동호회를 찾게 되면 그 속에서 만나게 되는 국제 인맥들과 같이 운동을 하면서 럭비라는 하나의 운동으로서 국경과 인종을 초월해서 서로 하나가 될 수 있는 것에 럭비에 대한 매력을 느끼게 되네요
끝으로 항상 저에게 럭비를 통해서 다양한 경험과 멘토를 해주시는 Jeremy Burk씨에게 감사하다는 말씀을 전하면 Bangalore Rugby club과 인도에 대한 소식을 전해 나가도록 하겠습니다.
