New book highlights Touch and Rugby in Korea

Joon-ang Daily reporter Moon, Gwanglip or Joe Moon has produced a totally new angle with his book "Itaewon: Gateway to the world". In it, he tracks the work of expats, mainly in and around the Itaewon area, who are bringing samples of their own culture to enrich Korea. Amongst some incredible stories of audacity and charity, the more humble sports of rugby and Touch find their place. Coverage includes descriptions, write ups and wonderful photos of Seoul Sisters (http://www.ssrfc.com/), Han River Pirates (www.hanriverpiratesrugby.com) and Seoul Survivors (http://www.survivorsrfc.com/) in rugby and in Touch, the work of the Korea Touch people http://www.koreatouch.com/ and especially the Spire Touch Championships.

Available in all good book stores....Bookstore clerks will help you find it if you say you are searching for "Itaewon Eseo Segye Reul Manada" (Literally, translated into "Meet the World at Itaewon") (That is the Korean title.)

Its publisher is JoongAng Books
Writer's name is Moon Gwang-lip
